Reiki energy resides in every one of us.  Each of us can learn to use this abundant life force as a relaxation technique, to reduce stress, and in healing.  Not only can the Reiki practitioner use this loving energy for his or her own self-improvement but also in helping others while never depleting his or her own energy.

The practice of Usui Reiki has its origins in Japan.  Reiki energy is very powerful, very nurturing, and brings a sense of peace to the stressful issues we all are confronted with in our daily lives.
